Qavzix sells portable power stations, solar generators, solar panels, expansion batteries and home backup equipment. Please review our shipping information below.
Shipping locations
Qavzix currently ships only within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, or other locations outside our available shipping area.
Power stations and lithium batteries are regulated for transport and ship by ground service only. They may not be deliverable to P.O. boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses, so please provide a street address.
Shipping cost
Free shipping is available on all orders. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.
Order processing
We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you by email.
Kits and bundles (for example a power station with solar panels or extra batteries) may ship in several boxes and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each package.
Delivery time
Orders are generally delivered within 1–2 business days after processing. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, or holidays.
Large or heavy items, such as whole-home backup kits and multi-battery systems, may ship by freight carrier. The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery, and these shipments can take longer than standard parcels.
Receiving your order
Power stations and batteries are heavy, so please have someone available to help move them. Check the packaging before signing. If you see damage, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us right away. Do not charge or use a power station or battery that arrives damaged.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Qavzix is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
